NUI Galway will host an Information Evening in Limerick
NUI Galway will host an Information Evening in Limerick this coming Thursday, 16th January.
This event is aimed at senior cycle students and their parents interested in exploring the full range of CAO options available in NUIG. The event will take place in the Strand Hotel on Thursday 16th January from 7-9pm.

1) UL will have another Open Day on Saturday the 18th of January. This would be a great opportunity for students and parents to attend together and avail of the different talks and presentations on various careers.

Wellbeing Week 2020
Next week is Wellbeing Week in St. Caimin's - where we will be running various activities to support Wellbeing and enhance our Wellbeing Programme.
These activities include: Yoga classes, Music generation workshops, Tribal Drumming classes, Shout Out Workshop, Making the most of myself work-shop, Pilates classes, AA Presentation and Samaritans workshop.

The Open Day for Mary Immaculate College will take place this Saturday the 11th January 2020 from 10am-1pm.
Open Days at Mary Immaculate College showcase the wide range of programmes, extra-curricular activities and exceptional facilities that the College has to offer. Teens, Anxiety And Drepression- What Parents Can Do To Help? (Creative Approaches)
The aim of the workshop is to show parents how to really connect to their adolescent and build a path of trust in their relationship instead of a wall of disagreement and misunderstanding. The taster workshop is designed for parents of adolescents that are going through a difficult time whether it is due to anxiety, depression, bullying, traumatic events, relationship issues, self-harm/suicidal ideations and sometimes parental divorce/separation.
